theROC has a long history of empowering, protecting, educating and mentoring the youth of Prince Edward County. We continue to be recognized for our best practices in promoting openness and accountability, and make our administration and programming available to the public through a variety of means.
We ensure that the funds raised are used as efficiently and effectively as possible. We rely on the generous contributions of community members and engage volunteers at every opportunity to keep our costs as low as possible.
We have developed outcomes measurement procedures to evaluate programs and demonstrate impact, through our registration forms and individual program survey results.
theROC Youth Services operates with transparency and accountability to our funders, corporate sponsors, and community donors. An annual report provides a clear picture of our impact on the youth of Prince Edward County and how all dollars contributed to our agency are responsibly spent.
