Tax receipts are generally issued once at the start of the following year for which the donation was submitted. A receipt can be provided at an alternative time upon request.
theROC does not share any personal information, including contact, with any other organization.
Donations are graciously accepted via Canada Helps, by cheque to 299 Main Street, Picton ON, K0K 2T0, or by e-transfer to info@theroc.ca.
theROC is a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (charity number 87591 8815 RR0001). theROC is not a government funded agency. As a not-for-profit, charitable organization, theROC Youth Services depends on donations, grants, and the hard work of volunteers year-round. theROC does not receive regular funding from the government for our operations. Any government funding received by theROC is through funding programs to which ROC has applied. Funding from these programs is never guaranteed and successful applicants are chosen through a rigorous competitive process.
